Your tasks

• They accompany, promote and advise people with disabilities in their personal environment and in the management of their everyday life according to agreed needs for help in a variety of areas such as e.g. day structure, health, authority matters, social contacts, etc.
• They are responsible for the case in a self-sponsored exchange with legal supervisors, relatives, doctors and other important specialist and reference persons from the help system and thus coordinate the support process together with your teammates.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for individual assistance planning, the preparation of development reports, the documentation of the provided support services, as well as the implementation and compliance of intra-media quality standards.
• Enable and maintain existing resources and capabilities of the supervised persons and thus promote their quality of life.
• You will provide your working time in consultation with the caregivers, specifying the dates independently taking into account the existing needs.
• During the absence of the team management, you will be responsible for their tasks. In addition, you support further administrative and professional tasks.

Your conditions

• You have a completed study of social work (B.A. or Diploma) or medical education (B.A.)
• First experience in outpatient social work or in disability assistance or the willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge are desirable.
• They can also be self-reflected under difficult conditions in ever-new situations, act safely and independently and make decisions.
• They are resilient, work cooperative, independent, structured, organized and convince with a pinch of humor and a positive basic attitude.
• They think resource-oriented and align your actions according to the principles of self-determination and self-employment of clients.
• They are owned by a class B driver's license and ideally have their own car. Travel costs during working hours are reimbursed.
