Then an internship with us, the expert for the Mercedes-Benz production system, is just right for you! For 5 to 6 months, you take on the role of an “internal consultant” and as a full-fledged team member of one of the cross-departmental project teams on site in Sindelfingen. As a leading know-how carrier for Lean Management, we advise production in various plants (press, raw construction, surface, assembly, logistics), as well as production-related and administrative areas. Using state-of-the-art digital solutions, you can also shape the automotive transformation. In addition to challenging, exciting Lean projects, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the management coaching program at Inhouse Consulting as well as to participate in an international program for the further development of Continious Improvement. These challenges include: Learning and active application of optimization methods (including evaluation of optimization potentials) in projects

Preparation of recommendations for action based on on on site analyses

Consulting internal customers in terms of lean production and management processes

Cooperation in the consistent and sustainable implementation of concepts together with internal customers

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in economics, economic psychology or in a technical course of study such as, for example, industrial engineering

enrollment during the desired period and very good study achievements

Enthusiasm for perfecting processes
