Senior Specialist Planner for Structural Engineering

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a senior specialist planner:in Oberbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

The qualitative and quantitative requirements as well as all applicable technical standards, guidelines and legal requirements are consistently taken into account in your planning and form the basis for regulatory implementation in the superstructure You make sure that initial applications for medium-term capacity management as well as all follow-ups in the capacity management “driving and building” will be fully, correctly and timely in PzE and BBPneo. The creation of locking concepts, construction phase planning, framework planning and logistics concepts is based on technical planning, supported by the cooperation of the project participants and your structured coordination Operational dependencies between projects in the region are recognised at an early stage, alternative solutions developed and played back transparently on project lines and interfaces Monitoring of structurally relevant key figures in project management Oberbau and equipment technology supports sound management, reduces risks and strengthens the basis of decision for all stakeholders The subject-specific planning, testing and documentation of superstructure-relevant documents, including construction schedules, design and execution documents, application and approval documents, as well as statements are carried out by you responsibly You actively participate in coordination and escalation formats such as the Jour-Fixe structural stability, check construction clocks, develop blocking pause and construction phase concepts and support the resolution of operational conflicts The coordination with project management, planners:inside, contractors:inside, local and construction operations coordination ensures consistent design and strengthens the quality of the measures to be notified

Your profile:

A completed study in civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable technical discipline forms the basis for this task Knowledge in the ground-based, constructional or constructional environment is a prerequisite for entry Analytical thinking, a secure understanding of technical planning and the ability to reduce complexity support you in the evaluation and optimization of construction, blocking and logistics concepts Communication strength and a sovereign appearance allow you to clear coordination with project lines, operation, planning partners and internal and external interfaces Finding knowledge of Ril 406, VV Construction and digital systems PzE, BBPneo and MS Office are among your professional strengths An independent, responsible and targeted way of working supports reliable planning in complex railway and construction Team skills, enforcing skills, conflict competence and high commitment will complete your profile and make you a valuable support for the projects in the East region
