For our Frankfurt am Main location in Neu-Isenburg we are looking for the best IT provider with the highest customer satisfaction as an experienced, successful and competent Bid Manager (all genders) with the following tasks: You take responsibility for individual tendering processes from the internal kick-off meeting to the final conclusion of the contract. You can make sure that offers are created on time, processed in a customer-specific manner and submitted in high quality. In close coordination with sales, presales, specialist departments, law and finances, you develop tailor-made offers that optimally represent the added value and IT competence of the DATAGROUP. You coordinate the internal release processes and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved at an early stage. Through well-founded market and competition analyses and the evaluation of industry-specific trends, you support the strategic development of our supply processes. You will check all offer documents for completeness, accuracy of content and compliance with legal, technical and regulatory requirements. In addition, you support the creation of overriding presentations and customer-specific offer documents – both for IT services and for complex managed services. You manage relevant tendering platforms and ensure that all offer documents comply with our quality, compliance and corporate design guidelines.

Completed studies of business management, (economic) computer science, communication or a comparable background First experience in Bid Management, Proposal Writing or IT project management / Sales of complex IT solutions Ideal experience in IT services, managed services, software or system integration Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with offer management tools Impressed organizational skills and a high degree of self-employment, sense of responsibility and quality awareness Analytical thinking capacity to evaluate customer requirements, market trends and write-off data Team skills, initiative and fun at work in a dynamic and project-driven environment Communication strength in German and English – in writing and oral – as well as the ability to process complex technical content in a comprehensible manner
