This is what awaits you on your journey with us: Preparation of all baked goods (bread, rolls, croissants etc.) on board Daily creation of various baked goods for guests and crew Collection and ordering of ingredients in the ship's own merchandise management system Creating baked goods for special evenings, occasions and special wishes of the guests Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team in consultation with the Executive Sous Chef Flexible use times in the bakery (day or night service possible) Duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent contracts possible Your ascent is based on your availability in connection with the deployment planning on board and is generally possible all year round.

You bring it on board: Complete training as a baker and experience in bakery, ideally first leadership experience Very good knowledge of baked goods, ingredients and recipes that you like to pass on to your team. Leadership with the ability to guide and motivate a team professionally and disciplinaryly You are reliable and resilient and have no problem with looking over the edge of the plate. Well-kept appearance and excellent handling Very good knowledge of German and English
