Board member of the foundation and management of the care for the elderly (m/w/d)

The St. Anna Foundation is a Catholic institution in the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese and is engaged as a Christian social company in health care, care for the elderly and in child and youth care. The St. Anna Foundation maintains old-care facilities, an outpatient care service and a clinic, a health centre, an MVZ and various participations in the Ellwangen and Stuttgart regions. On behalf of the St. Anna Foundation, we are looking for you as part of a post-occupation at the next possible time as Senior Management (m/w/d) with office in Ellwangen. Together with two other members of the Executive Board, they are responsible for the strategic, conceptual and economic safeguarding and further development of the St. Anna Foundation and for the sole management of the old aid and work closely and trustfully with the Foundation Council. Around 200 employees are involved in the stationary old aid facilities with a total of 190 seats and the outpatient service. On the basis of a Christian human image, they accompany the life of the people entrusted to you according to the guiding principle of the St. Anna Foundation “Food Life”.

They are responsible for the foundation together with a general and a volunteer board (m/w/d) of the four old aid institutions and the outpatient service and develop the offers of old aid strategically They are responsible for the collection, development and staff retention of old aid and work closely with the employee representation With the Executive Board team: you are a representative (m/w/d) in the internal and external relationship of the St. Anna Foundation and secure the foundation-specific orientation with its Christian values is responsible for property, real estate and rental management including the planning and implementation of new and new construction measures manage and secure the economic stability of the St. Anna Foundation and develop the offers of the Foundation and the Old Aid strategically you are responsible for economic planning, investment planning, liquidity planning, the annual financial statements of the Foundation and the old aid create cross-member networking work and are active in contact with administration, church, politics and science at local, regional and federal levels in order to introduce the concerns of the foundation and the help of the elderly, and work with various bodies
