Description

• You take over the management and operational management of the daily business.
• You are responsible for the provision of services and their further development on behalf of the customer.
• Your tasks also include project controlling and project management with the development of measures to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• In addition, you recognize optimization potentials, conduct appropriate measures and ensure 24/7 operation of the area.
• The focus of your work is on the support and further development of your team, including the organisation of regular team meetings.
• The implementation of personnel assessments and the resulting employee discussions on general, technical and disciplinary topics as well as employee coaching are the focus.
• In exchange with and as representation for the Operations Manager, you are the main partner for employees, executives, further cross-sectional functions and the client for the entire area.

Qualifications

• Training: completed commercial training or comparable knowledge
• Experiences: multi-year experience in customer service and employee management in the Service Center environment
• Competences: strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as very good moderation and presentation skills
• Personality: high level of leadership and social competence, communication strength, empathy and reliability
• Working method: structured, organized and solution-oriented
