The aim of an interdisciplinary team, consisting of tax experts and IT specialists, is to discover tax crime in a comprehensive and systematic manner. The task of the full-stack developers primarily includes the development of individual software solutions that enable the tax evaluators to process the tax criminal cases systematically and automatically. Activities must be carried out throughout the software life cycle (from software conception to DevOps). Your task is to structure, analyze data and visualize both specific and abstract dataset relationships. The interdisciplinary team work also involves constant coordination processes in order to align technical solutions specifically to the needs of case processing. You work closely with the professional staff of the tax system in order to derive concrete, automatable processes from tax issues and to convert them into software. The willingness to work in the agile work team and the ability to identify possibilities - but also limits - of current information technology in this environment are absolutely necessary.

You are professional and have a completed master/graduate degree (univ.) in the field of computer science or comparable degree or have, in addition to a Bachelor's degree/graduate degree (FH) in computer science or comparable degree, also equivalent skills and experiences. You have very good and deep knowledge in the areas of software conception as well as full-stack development and are ready to constantly expand your knowledge. Solid programming experience in a common programming language is absolutely necessary. Knowledge in Python, Java and JavaScript/TypeScript - especially in connection with React as a webframework - are advantageous. A safe handling of version management (Git), development environment (e.g. JetBrains products), operating system (Linux, Windows) and containers (Docker) is assumed. Experiences in the use of different database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and in the creation of data interfaces are desirable. You have good expressiveness in the German language and create well-structured and formulated written elaborations or Concepts and can also explain them orally and present them convincingly. Even if there is no need for tax expertise, there is a fundamental interest and willingness to work in tax relationships. Experience and knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) are desirable. A high level of sense of responsibility, organizational skills, self-employment and team- and collaborative skills complete your profile.
