Developing specifications for electrotechnical equipment for a forward-looking, sustainable and operationally safe building with innovative approaches Specialised project management and/or support for the new building plans of the University Hospital and the associated pre-release/maintenance measures Support and support of the individual technical support measures to be developed in the run-up to the new building to ensure the holding Responsible handling of individual maintenance and investment measures in the field of electrical engineering Participation in buildings and risk assessments, deriving from the determination of needs for action

Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor or comparable degree) preferably in the direction of electrical engineering or comparable Experience in project management Experience in planning, drawing up tenders, controlling and designing construction measures after the performance phases of HOAI for various pre-selection measures Knowledge and experience in the application of public procurement Experience in the handling of large and structural, as well as technically demanding measures, at best in hospital construction
