At Global Customer Service and Parts, we accompany the entire life cycle of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, from the service-oriented design of our products to market launch to product support and probation. We support the service organisations worldwide, possibly also on site. We work with our partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. We create operating instructions, write diagnostic procedures and are the experts in parts technology as well as in product evaluation and regulation. These challenges include: Participation in the support of air conditioning systems, all Mercedes Benz cars, vans and smart, including in the joint implementation of analyses with experts on the vehicle Research and preparation of field data on current, customer-relevant key topics Support in developing technical solutions in cooperation with development, production and global markets Preparation of key figures for the strategic management of the department and preparation of presentation documents for decision-making bodies When working in our team, you will get exciting insights into different areas of tasks on the vehicle as well as digitally and get to know different areas of the company. Course in technical or commercial fields

Flowing German knowledge

Good English knowledge of word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office and MS-Copilot
