Process Manager Automotive Logistics (m/f/d)

With us you can realize: As a process manager, you are responsible for the future strategic orientation of our car terminal in Kelheim. In doing so, you ensure the uniform implementation of our standards and processes and contribute significantly to improving efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. You evaluate existing processes and standards at our car terminal. Together with the operatives, you optimize the processes and value flows with regard to the temporal processes. In addition, you act as a link between sales, operating and IT in pending processes and new customer requirements and analyze their requirements on this basis. Targeting and strategically implement new (IT) standards and drive process optimizations – you can reduce costs and increase quality.

The basis of your qualification is your successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Logistics Management or a corresponding training with relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have collected first professional practice in the field of quality/process management and have already successfully implemented IT and digitization projects. You also have the following skills and qualifications: You are able to develop best practice approaches and optimize existing processes (e.g. in the field of painting or workshop). You have fun in preparing and evaluating business performance indicators. With your IT affinity, you can quickly access new system applications. You have a sense of market trends and keep your industry knowledge up to date. This will help you with upcoming price calculations. Due to your communication strength, you always act with the different target groups at eye level and sovereign.
