Collective bargaining and working time specialist (m/f/d)

Collective agreements and working time law are for many a book with seven seals – for you You are familiar terrain. You know how, for example, TVöD-K, TV doctors/VKA, TV-L, the ecclesiastical AVR or the civil servant's law (e.g. the regulations on working hours for the fire brigade) have an impact on service plans in practice, know the falling knits of the law on working hours and the registration of working hours and know what working time models really carry in shift and service operations. You also understand how public health institutions write out and forgive. Above all, however, you make our customers fit – with advice and trainings that work in everyday life. Consultation: You advise clinics, fire brigades and other services of general interest on collective bargaining (including TVöD/TVöD-K, TV doctors/VKA, TV-L, AVR Caritas and Diakonie), working time law (ArbZG, EU working time directive, working time registration, standby service and readiness to call) and working time models – understandably, practice-oriented and sound.

Working time models: You develop viable working time models with our customers, which can be displayed in TIMEOFFICE – from classic shift systems to working time accounts to new approaches such as a wish service plan or 4-day week.

Qualification offers: You design your own workshop and training portfolio for our customers, both online and in presence – e.g. TVöD K and ArbZG foundations, training courses for service plan managers and executives or formats for new working time models. You develop it and carry out the trainings yourself.

Procurement & Sales: You accompany public procurement procedures in the healthcare sector – from the analysis of tenders and performance lists to the technical design of our offers – and introduces your expertise to customer appointments. This is how we win projects because we are able to convince professionally.

Visibility on the market: With lectures and appearances at industry events, you make Pradtke the first address for questions of working hours and working hours.

Product: Your experience from customer projects is part of the further development of our compliance checks and planning logics.
