Strategic Consultant DevOps & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

As a strategic Sparring partner of our department management, you actively shape the content of our DevOps and infrastructure portfolio and translate market trends into sustainable business areas. Together with Business Development, you develop new services and offers - from the first idea to the portfolio positioning to the Go-to brand. The strategic partner and manufacturer relationship in the DevOps, Cloud and Infrastructure environment is your responsibility - as well as the design of alliances, certification paths and co-selling initiatives. Collaboration with other Bechtle Delivery Units, System Houses and Competence Centers will coordinate you across the site and secure sustainable supply chains. In strategically relevant pre-sales situations, you accompany account and solution teams, advise customers on C levels and make real business value from a technical depth. You’re the best market, competition and technology trends, giving impulses for investment decisions and continuously developing our DevOps and Infrastructure Roadmap.

A completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable technical degree or a corresponding training with well-founded professional experience form your basis. Multiannual experience in the strategic environment of DevOps, cloud platforms and modern IT infrastructure brings you - ideally from a consulting, system house or platform engineering context. Thinking in business models and portfolios is more than working in individual topics, and technological trends translate you into service and offer concepts. In dealing with manufacturers and partners, you are convinced by commitment, negotiation skills and strategic thinking - you know exactly how alliances, programs and certifications work. Between technical teams, sales and management, you move safely, step up at C level and moderate different interests pragmatically. Own responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and readiness to travel within Germany are of course for you. Negotiating German and good English skills complete your profile.
