We are looking for a limited time at 01.08.2026 Werkstudenten (m/d) im Personalmanagement (20 h/ week)

You will get comprehensive insights into the various topics of personnel work, especially the area of recruitment process Preparation of external and internal correspondence (e.g. contracts, disciplinary letters, invitations, emails, etc.) Monitoring, processing and monitoring of processes and contract management in the roXtra document management system Preparation, planning and organisation of the Welcome Day for new employees You are responsible for the care of the application portal rexx (rexx systems) Creation and maintenance of checklists, evaluations and overviews You take over your own small projects in the field of personal management You can also actively support us in the organisation and implementation of personal marketing measures You get to know various work and personal measures Postal processing
