Preparation and implementation of courses in the commercial sector in presence and online, ideally in one or more of the following modules: economic and social science, information technology office management (especially Word and Excel) and/or customer relationship processes Continuous conceptual cooperation on the ongoing design of training courses Perspective support of training groups as responsible contact person Support of participants in the placement and job search and support of participants in the internship Integration and application training Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team of social workers, doctors, psychologists*, etc.

A relevant, completed commercial training or completed business studies and practical professional experience in the commercial sector Experience in practical commercial training or adult education is desirable An additional educational training (vocational education) or a completed training examination (AEVO) is advantageous; The latter is supported by us and can be recovered Very good computer skills (MS Office, Moodle o. A.) Ability to reflect on one's own working methods as well as willingness to continue training and to incorporate them into subject areas Team skills, pedagogical skills and joy in teaching, creativity, organizational skills
