Product Manager for Electrical Enclosures (f/m/d)

IMPACT starts with us: As a product manager (w/m/d) for electrical housing, you take a key role in the development and implementation of our product strategy. You work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market requirements and allow us to grow.

Your IMPACT Head of product strategy and roadmap for our product portfolio to ensure that they match market requirements and business objectives. Conduct market analyses and competitive analyses to identify trends, customer needs and innovation opportunities. Cooperation with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales and marketing, to promote product development and market launch initiatives. Management of the entire product life cycle from conception to setting to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Development and implementation of pricing strategies, advertising campaigns and sales support materials to maximize market penetration. Monitoring and analysis of product performance indicators to make data-based decisions to optimize portfolio results. Interaction with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvements.

Your profile Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, a master degree is advantageous. First professional experience in product management, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or industry. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects. Very good knowledge of data analysis and product management tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools). Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good English knowledge.
