You develop the HSE program and implement it at the location according to the global STADA HSE program You will develop an HSE Master Plan and update it regularly to achieve short, medium and long-term goals You carry out missions, audits, risk assessments and accident analyses, support and moderate these You ensure that all legal regulations and internal HSE standards are complied with You're puggling and developing the HSE management system, including hazardous and legal disasters You prepare internal and external audits (e.g. ISO, KRITIS) and accompany them You collect data and start HSE reports and prepare the ASA sessions You represent all HSE topics professionally from shopfloor to management You actively promote sustainable security culture and carry out training and training You continuously improve all HSE-relevant processes and reporting, taking into account new methods such as AI You coordinate fire and explosion protection and initiate actions to improve safety culture

You have a qualification as a specialist in occupational safety or a comparable recognised training You bring at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry You have very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASchG, BImSchG) You have very good German and English skills You draw your attention through communication strength, enforcement ability and a structured way of working You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and teams Additional qualifications (such as fire or explosion protection, TPM) are advantageous
