Your tasks as a cross-release in sales:

• B2B customer support (business customers)
• Customer enthusiasm through modern and competent conversation
• Establishment and support of long-term and stable partnerships
• Support of contracting entities in the appointment for the field service
• Analyze and qualify for future needs
• Reliable collection and maintenance of customer relationships in the CRM system

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed vocational training of advantage, but also motivated participants
• Ideally professional experience in retail, telecommunications, wholesale and foreign trade etc.
• Good PC knowledge and safe handling of popular MS Office applications
• Fun at lead generation and termination campaigns
• Communication strength and good expression
