Your tasks: Operational direction & organisation of the entire service area (breakfast, restaurant, banquet) leadership, training and motivation of the service team Ensuring smooth day-to-day business and events Quality control and compliance with service standards Close cooperation with kitchen, reception and coordination of events Service design, goods ordering and cost control Contact person for guests with questions, wishes or complaints

What you should bring: Complete training and/or professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry A high degree of reliability and careful, structured operation Friendly appearance, good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance Ready for early, late, weekend and holiday services Very good German knowledge of word and writing and good English knowledge Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action Joy in handling an international group of guests Hostage with heart and mind You don't meet every single requirement?
