You develop the integrated management system You ensure the quality in production You control and coordinate complaint management You monitor and track actively defined CVP issues You create error analyses by the 3x5 Why and Ishikawa method You moderate and work with FMEAs You create, vote and monitor qualification plans You contribute to the implementation of qualification tests and evaluate the results You define and develop training methods for characterizing new products in the development phase

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical studies or a comparable, relevant training and training with a recognised degree in the field of process or quality management (e.g. DGQ Quality Manager (m/w/d), Quality Manager (m/w/d)) You have 5 years of professional experience as a quality manager (m/w/d) You have well-founded knowledge of common quality methods (e.g. APQP, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 W) You have experience in preparing and accompanying external certification audits You are strong in communication and possess strong diplomatic skills across all hierarchy levels You have a high quality and responsibility awareness paired with customer and service orientation You have knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing You have an IT affinity, in particular in the fields of SAP, MS-Office and CAQ, preferably BabtecQ
