IT-SERVICEMANAGER WORKSPAVE SERVICES (M/W/D) Business area: IT | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As an IT service manager *in Workspace Services, you are fully aware of the operation and further development of our client systems and client management solutions – and also our external service providers that you control and coordinate! You optimize existing workspace services IT processes and ensure high service quality and availability. Developing together with internal areas and external partners Its future-oriented solutions. You process incidents and service requests and accompany the introduction of new solutions. Using Active Directory and Intune, you can manage our client system landscape (Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS) as well as client management. You manage hard and software stocks via Matrix42; this also includes the software distribution. You work in agile projects and are in close coordination with our IT security and international teams.

You have completed an education or study in the IT field or acquired a comparable qualification. In addition, you have experience in operating client systems (Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS) as well as in modern client management environments (Intune, AD). Knowledge of IT Asset and Licensing Management, ideally with Matrix42, also bring you experience in both hardware and software lifecycle management and IT logistics processes. You are well aware of IT service processes (ITIL) and are routined in dealing with external service providers. In agile project management – keywords: Scrum, Kanban – you have at least basic knowledge. Their work is both analytical and structured, and in the international environment you are convinced by your communication strength in German and English.
