Technical System Planner - TGA / HVAC / Supply Technology (m/f/d)

You will first design the technical system and execution planning for our new building projects in the single-family building sector and work primarily with CAD software such as LiNear or AutoCAD. You take over the precise calculation of the heating and ventilation load as well as the design of the pipe networks according to the current DIN standards. You determine the material requirements for the HLS plants and set up the corresponding lists as the basis for the procurement. You work closely with our specialist building managers and regularly tune to ensure a smooth project run.

You have a degree or training as a technical:r System Planner:in TGA/VAT, maybe even as a technician:in SHK or Heatingbau master, or are fit as a technical:r Sign:in You know about CAD planning and have worked with LiNear or AutoCAD You bring experience in the planning of heating, ventilation and sanitation You are familiar with the relevant DIN standards You speak well German, which helps us in communication
