Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Facility Management team Responsibility for building maintenance, cleaning, car park care, outdoor facilities and trade fair construction Commissioning and monitoring of external infrastructure service providers Creation of personnel deployment, maintenance and relocation plans Coordination of trade fair construction at several trade fairs per year Ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements in the field of facility management

Successful completion as a specialist in building management and facility management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in facility management / building management Knowledge and experience with modern building control technology Driving licence class B, ideally CE Flexibility in working time and partial readiness to travel for the trade fair Self-responsible, self-responsible operation with hands-on mentality Good communication and team skills Excellent organizational skills Good knowledge of German (at least C1 level)
