Acceptance and processing of telephone requests and customer orders Coordination and scheduling of service, repair and assembly operations using electronic route planning Ensuring spare parts supply including order and administration Goods receipt and organisation of shipping processes settlement of service operations based on the respective performance certificates Processing of warranty and cunning cases and complaints Organisation and handling of repair shipments, returns and cost proposals Management of loan and test equipment Implementation of customer recalls for maintenance and statutory audits Monitoring and optimisation of stocks Support in the implementation of inventory
