About us

In the field of production truck planning, we are responsible for introducing product changes and developments into our international production sites. This means that we plan and implement production concepts, starting with the frame assembly, the construction of the axles and the drivetrain, to the final assembly and programming of the trucks. With the emergence of new, sustainable drive technologies, tailor-made and innovative products as well as against the background of our development in the international TRATON group and the increasing complexity, new, exciting challenges dominate our everyday life. Developing innovative solutions to meet this complexity is essential in particular in the field of production.

You can look forward to The internship offers the opportunity to work with innovative production concepts within our planning team and to gain a broad insight into the business processes of MAN Truck & Bus SE. You work closely with the production project manager. Occupational missions to Krakow are possible depending on the main activity. Ideally, you support us in our team for 6 months (e.g. mandatory internship in combination with voluntary internship). You support the concept of ideal production in the European network of works With the development of innovative production concepts focusing on electric mobility in the production sites You work with the development and production colleagues to ensure and optimize assembly processes You support agile project management to promote flexible and efficient work processes You support the construction of mockups, prototypes and pre-series vehicles

We look forward to Study of engineering, economic engineering, technical BWL or comparable; ideally in the Master Basic knowledge in the field of production planning Impressed communication skills and a high level of commitment and team capability Safe in handling MS-Office (especially MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint) Ideally first experience with CAD systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing lust for independent work
