Your mission: Project management with vision In this role you act as a sovereign tenant representative and lead the project management for B&B HOTELS as a tenant.

End-to-end control: As a tenant representative, you are responsible for our new hotel construction projects in all performance phases. Interface Conductor: You coordinate our interior designer. You work with architect: inside, technical engineer: inside, general companies and authorities. You are the central entity between landlords, investors and our internal departments such as operations, legal and IT, purchasing. FF&E management: as we build our own furniture and equipment (FF&E), you conduct independently tenders and award negotiations in close cooperation with the central purchasing. Technical Compliance: You check plans for professional suitability, monitor compliance with our Functional Performance Description (FLB) and ensure that quality, dates and costs are exactly in the plan. Financial sovereignty: You are creating precise budget reporting, is responsible for cash management and supports investment requests through sound risk assessments and cost calculations. Future orientation: You are actively driving the development of the B&B product – focusing on design updates, modern home technology as well as ESG and CSR standards.

Your foundation: Technology meets passion Qualification: You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or real estate management. Alternatively, you are a construction engineer:with relevant training. Experience: You bring first or multi-year experience in project management or project development and know the processes in the construction of construction projects. Know-how: Building law and modern building management are your daily tool. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the field of certifications (DGNB/LEED) and EU-Taxonomy / GEG. Skills: You work safely with common computer tools, communicate fluently in German and English. Mindset: You are a high-level team player with a strong service mentality that combines conceptual thinking with a high target and result orientation. Mobility: A driving licence class B and the willingness to travel within Germany and Austria (C&NE) are of course for you.
