You do not use the telephone appointment and coordination for our architect advisors / key account managers with existing and potential customers (planners, architects, cities and municipalities) – no telephone sales. With your friendly and communicative way, you wake up the interest of the contacts in our products and open the door for the relevant architects. In close coordination with the team, you opt for scheduling, organising and consulting the agreed dates reliably in the respective calendars and our customer database. You document your activities as well as the results obtained carefully and comprehensible. In addition, you research and evaluate potential projects and construction projects using various sources (Internet, specialist media, platforms and Google Alerts) and continuously pursue their development

You have joy in dealing with people and like to phone – taking the listener in your hand is easy You have successfully completed commercial training, first experiences in telephone marketing or customer service are of advantage, but no need dealing with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is your everyday workday You control German at native language levels You work independently, reliable and targeted Your personal strengths include team skills, flexibility, organizational strength and resilience
