You assume the economic, human and professional responsibility for the profit center including fleet management and central services with around 40 employees. In close cooperation with the management team, you will ensure that the real estate is operated properly, efficiently and economically, and you will also develop the real estate portfolio strategically. With your innovative ideas and know-how in digitalization, you optimize the processes and contribute to the efficiency increase in real estate management. They develop and implement suitable controlling instruments for managing costs, efficiency and sustainability and are responsible for budget and investment planning.

They have completed their studies in the field of business management, real estate management or facility management as well as sound knowledge in economics, budgeting and controlling. Your multi-year leadership experience in real estate or building management enables you to lead the area. They bring experience in dealing with external service providers, lease and lease contracts as well as compliance requirements. They are a strong communication and implementation leadership and support your team with your innovative commitment and empathy in the transformation process.
