Project Manager SHK / Master SHK Focus on Heat Pumps (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a master / project manager SHK (m/w/d) in permanent position.

Our client is an established medium-sized company of heating technology that combines decades of experience in the SHK craft with a clear future orientation. The company is currently being developed together with a young leadership team, focusing on heat pumps, new refrigerant, digitization and sustainable technologies. At the site, construction projects in heating and climate engineering are independently projected and implemented. The tasks range from supply creation and costing to assembly coordination, documentation and billing. The cooperation is carried out closely with customers and external partners such as planners, architects and entrepreneurs.

Self-employed and independent processing of construction projects in heating and air conditioning technology with a focus on heat pump Projecting systems as well as preparation and costing of offers according to customer requirements and technical requirements Guidance, coordination and guidance of assembly to ensure appointments, quality and work safety Interface management to planners, architects and subcontractors including technical clarifications and coordination during the project Creation of project documentation as well as follow-up management and project accounting for a clean transfer and comprehensible results

Completed training as a plant mechanic SHK with further training as a technician or master in the heating workshop Multiannual professional experience in project management and project execution in the SHK environment Interest in sustainable heating solutions, in particular heat pump technology and sustainable systems Secure handling of MS Office as well as a structured working style for costing, documentation and control Customer orientation, team skills and a self-responsible working with clear communication
