Technical advice and technical support of complex projects in special plant construction from the request phase to system validation Technical leadership and coordination of the project teams in close cooperation with the project management Technical contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments as well as coordination of technical interfaces and implementation of design reviews Determination, analysis and refinement of system requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders using methods for request collection such as workshops, interviews and use-case modeling Planning and implementation of integration and verification activities including definition of test cases and acceptance criteria and documentation of results Definition of systems and derivation of detailed specifications at all system levels Ensuring compliance with requirements and compliance with relevant standards, standards and guidelines across the entire development process Identification of technical risks, technical dependencies and optimisation potentials within the relevant topics,improving appropriate measures and supporting the transfer of knowledge and professional support of colleagues in the team

Complete study in the field of systems engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the development and technical responsibility of complex mechatronic systems, ideally in special equipment or mechanical engineering Finded knowledge in MBSE, SysML, Requirements Engineering and verification methods and their successful application in practice incl. competence in the management of requirements changes (Change Management) and ensuring traceability (Traceability); an additional certification in system engineering is advantageous Routinized handling of leading ALM tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Azure and safe handling of relevant standards, standards and guidelines (e.g. Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams and in technical coordination with customers and project participants Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, structured working, strong communication and presentation skills Very good knowledge of German and English Travel readiness to a small extent
