• Support for residential and commercial properties
• small repair and maintenance work
• Regular control procedures including logging
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technology and materials
• Closing services in the object
• Maintenance of outdoor areas
• Cleaning and disposal work
• Service stations as required
• Creation of documentation and reports
• Maintenance and transfer of data into computer systems

Your profile for Hausmeister (m/w/d) – Object management:

• Completed vocational training
• First experience as master of the house
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Ready to work in early, late and night services
• Good knowledge of German
• Customer-oriented and service-conscious operation
• Communication skills and well-maintained appearance
• Reliability, independence and sense of responsibility
• Current management certificate required

• Full time with 40 hours per week
