Head of Treasury Job ID 76060 | Location Heidenheim Your duties In this function, you are responsible for the preparation and further development of the treasury strategy and the organizational structure. This includes the leadership, development and coaching of a team of treasury specialists. They are responsible for ensuring compliance, taking into account policies and procedures, monitoring payment transactions and financial markets as well as risk management. In addition, you take over the analysis of the global cash and liquidity situation and derive liquidity and investment decisions. They shall ensure the identification and monitoring of risk strategies and currency risks with IR, FX and MM. You also take responsibility for managing bank guarantees and similar contractual collateral, as well as advice and support in all treasury matters. They ensure the development and monitoring of strategies for all relevant functional areas and carry out the reporting of key indicators to the CFO. In your role, you communicate closely with the areas of controlling, accounting and taxes.

Your profile They have completed economic or economic studies with a focus on finance and treasury. Additional qualifications are advantageous. In addition, you will have several years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity planning, payment transactions, and comprehensive experience in guarantees management, risk management and financial markets. You can demonstrate a well-founded experience in employee management. You have a sound understanding of treasury IT infrastructure and a strong entrepreneurial understanding to create and implement strategies. You also have multi-jurisdictional experiences in a group.
