To ensure that our Mobile Banking app not only works technically top, but also makes our customers happy, develop and implement a comprehensive and thought-out test strategy along the customer journey. Based on the requirements and specifications of the customer journey, you develop test cases so that thorough tests can be carried out. Hands-on allows you to test the functionality and user-friendliness and identify, track and create errors that occur sustainably with manual and automated tests. You can document your results accurately, with transparent test reports and analyses, the decision-making process and close with Product Owner, UX/UI designers to make our customer journey even better every day. With your sense of innovation and sense of technical feasibility, you will find ways to automate our tests, are well informed about best practices and train your colleagues on these topics. You design, realize, test and perform new functions, processes and systems carefully and sustainably.

Studies with a focus on business information technology or technical and banking practice Multiannual experience as an operating test managerin or in a similar role in mobile banking or fintech Knowledge of manual and automated test methods as well as error analysis and correction Deep understanding of the customer journey and the requirements of business banking customers Excellent analysis, presentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and understandably A holistic way of thinking, systematic, independent way of working with quick understanding and fun at work in the team Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Very good German and English in word and writing
