Warehouse Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Operational control: You control the operating warehouse processes and ensure efficient implementation Process implementation: You implement the prescribed process processes and pay attention to compliance with legal requirements Efficiency & Quality: You optimize the processes under efficiency points and ensure that all quality requirements are met Operational planning: You plan personnel deployment and resource deployment and coordinate them efficiently Staff management: You lead, train and integrate new employees taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals

Warehouse Experience & Qualification: You have a completed training, ideally a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification acquired by professional experience Professional experience & leadership skills: You bring relevant professional experience in a similar position and have already demonstrated your expertise and leadership skills Leadership style: your leadership style is communicative, fair and empathic, and you know how to motivate and guide teams Entrepreneurial thinking: you act independently, make quick decisions and always think entrepreneurial Communication & loadability: You are characterized by high communication strength (German C1, Polish and/or English of advantage) flexibility and loadability and are able to act successfully in an agile working environment
