You take over the management of the office and work closely with the management as part of the strategic expansion of business activities in the region You build a network with builders, project developers, investors, architects and planners You are responsible for combining, controlling and managing internal project teams to realize the construction projects You advise and accompany customers from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract You take on the construction and leadership of a team of sales engineers, planners, project and construction managers at the office

You have successfully completed a degree as a civil engineer, architect or comparable qualification You have good knowledge of the construction market, especially in the field of construction and the distribution of construction projects You can demonstrate multi-year professional experience with a comparable task or are committed project managers with interest in the next career step You bring a strong communication skills in relation to different groups of people Target orientation, negotiation skills and sense of responsibility are of course for you
