Own-responsible costing of construction projects (crude construction/key construction) Analysis and evaluation of tender documents Quantity determination and creation of performance directories Acquisition and Evaluation of Subcontractor and Supplier Offerings Determination of optimization potentials, elaboration of alternative and secondary offers Development of quotations and yield calculations Participation in award negotiations with the client Creation of order and work calculations for the construction site Care and development of costing data and tools

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical training Multiannual experience in calculation in turnkey construction Secure handling of costing software (e.g. iTWO) and MS Office Advantage of BIM applications Technical understanding and economic thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German in word and writing
