You will take overall technical responsibility for complex, cross-functional AI initiatives – from requirements analysis through to implementation. You will independently identify, evaluate and manage AI-related projects. Additionally, you will design and develop end-to-end, scalable AI systems to enable the efficient industrialization of customer projects, with a particular focus on GenAI. You will work closely with internal IT units, business departments and cross-functional partners. In addition, you advise business units and management, providing clear strategic guidance and systematic thinking. You coordinate and manage collaboration with internal and external partners, representing the company in strategic committees. You will foster cultural change by coaching, empowering and inspiring colleagues from various disciplines and support the evaluation of emerging technologies and contribute to shaping the company's technology roadmap.
University degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field. At least 5 years of practical experience in software development with Python. At least 3 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework (e.g. LangChain, Pytorch). Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development. Hands-on experience in data engineering, including building and managing database systems and data pipelines. Practical experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering using AWS or Azure, as well as GitOps practices in production environments. Strong proficiency in software development best practices search as clean code, object-oriented programming, DevOps and testing.
