Head of Central Services (m/f/d)

As Head of Department, you are responsible for the orientation, control and further development of central areas and thus make a decisive contribution to the economic and sustainable success of our group of companies. You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, keep an overview even in complex situations and bring together different topics and people successfully.

Design with effect You will develop the strategic orientation of the central services and boost key future topics such as economics, sustainability and efficiency. Diverse responsibility You control the areas of fleet, workshop, building, construction and warehouse logistics – from planning to implementation to continuous development. Developing structures You drive for a stable, economic and regulatory operation, drive strategically important projects and continuously develop processes, organization and cooperation. Useful control of resources You plan and use resources such as staff, infrastructure and budget responsibly and purposefully while keeping the most important key figures in mind. Guided tours and cooperation You carry out your team's valuable and clear, develop employees in a targeted manner and promote different perspectives and strengths in the team. Networking at eye level You work closely with the Executive Board, departments and external partners and bring together different interests to viable solutions.

A completed study (e.g. industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience leadership experience – ideally in areas such as fleet, construction, warehouse logistics or building management Experience in managing complex projects and communicative relationships Knowledge of procurement and contract law Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatic solutions at the same time Clarity in decisions, communication strength and joy of cooperation Engagement, sense of responsibility and interest in developing topics actively Why this position is special You take a key role with real design playroom You work on diverse topics and network different areas You continue to develop as a leader – with visible effect throughout the company You actively shape the sustainable development of our infrastructure
