Representation and support of the management of financial accounting in the professional management and organisation of the accounting team Ensuring proper financial accounting according to HGB Preparation and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Participation in IFRS reporting packages, consolidated financial statements and consolidation topics as well as intercompany agreements Support for main book, debitors, creditors, asset accounting, provisions and delimitations Implementation of sales tax forecasts and support for tax issues and audits Examination, confirmation and booking of current business incidents Participation in liquidity planning and payment transactions Interface to tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities Optimization and further development of processes, workflows and internal checks in accounting Representation of team management in their absence and takeover of special projects in the financial sector

Successfully completed qualification as audited account holder/in IHK, business studies focusing on accounting/finance or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company, preferably the food industry Knowledge in commercial law (HGB) and accounting practice as well as knowledge in IFRS reporting Safe handling of common ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel and SAP Experience in main book, debitors, creditors, asset accounting, provisions, delimitations, sales tax and audits First experience in the professional guidance of employees of advantage Expressed analytical understanding, high numerical affinity and structured, careful and solution-oriented working Communication strength, sense of responsibility, team orientation and sovereign appearance towards internal and external contacts Communication strength and enforcement capacity as well as willingness to take responsibility Very good German and good English skills
