Monitoring and control of non-performing credit commitments: You take over the independent supervision and processing of credit engagements in the status management and accompany them in consideration of economic, regulatory and legal frameworks. You will pursue the goal of sustainably minimizing credit losses and debt losses. Implementation of settlement and recovery concepts: You shall develop and accompany appropriate measures for the settlement of non-compliance, including the recovery of credit security and the supervision of insolvency proceedings. You will conduct negotiations with borrowers, insolvency administrators and other relevant stakeholders. Quality assurance and regulatory implementation: You ensure compliance with internal quality standards as well as regulatory and legal requirements and take into account current developments in the regulatory and legal environment in the further development of case-handling. Cooperation and technical exchange: You work closely with internal interfaces as well as the refurbishment specialists and support efficient cross-departmental cooperation in dealing with complex refurbishment and settlement cases. Reporting and knowledge transfer support: You contribute to the quality assurance of relevant documentation as well as ongoing reporting and support the professional integration of employees and knowledge transfer within the team.

Professional qualification and experience in credit business: You have a completed bank-based training, an economic or legal degree or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring several years of experience in credit business, ideally in the area of problem loans, credit processing or corporate customer care. Knowledge of regulatory and legal issues: You have a good understanding of bank supervision, economic and legal relationships. Ideally, you have knowledge of insolvency law as well as dealing with credit security and complex settlement processes.
