As a central contact person/in-house service, you will be guided by your service- and sales-oriented action for highest customer satisfaction You are responsible for collecting and tracking customer orders and sales promotions The processing of invoices and complaints is your responsibility The pricing of your assigned customer group completes your task area In customer and team-oriented cooperation, you act as an interface between all sales channels, other specialist departments and engage customers from firmly assigned regions You recognize potentials for additional sales and actively support the implementation of Crossund Upselling

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector You could already gain first professional experience in a comparable position Customer contact and phoneing will give you pleasure and you are able to solve customer requests quickly and effectively You are someone who is stressful and safe in handling MS Office You have the pleasure of expanding customer relationships, thinking and acting sales-oriented Your strong communication and negotiation skills will help you to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions Experiences in handling SAP and a CRM system are advantageous
