Are you passionate about the product management of intelligent heating and hot water solutions, do you want to design green smart technology in an international environment or try out strategic sales management? Then start your career with the Bosch Home Comfort Group! We work together to create a varied trainee program where you will get to know different teams at our locations in 18-24 months. You acquire company-specific know-how and receive responsible projects. You dive into the various fields of sales - from product and portfolio management to technical back office to brand-wide qualification, sales management and marketing. With your passion for sales topics, you will shape the green product world of tomorrow, e.g. with our smart heat pumps or hybrid systems. You can run 4-6 stations in various areas in Germany and abroad, which are individually matched to you. From the start, you will be intensively involved in specialist and project tasks and get detailed insight into the operational business. Various learning and training offers with individual budget complement your practical experience with us. Education: completed master or diploma studies in the field of (technical) sales, sales & marketing, engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Experiences and know-how: knowledge in the field of technical sales or product management through sophisticated industrial practices, like HVAC industry Personality and work: you always seek new ways and make it possible to take others and convince them; with your eye for the needs of our customers, you identify problems and implement suitable solutions; new topics you are committed and motivated; you are flexible to use and your analytical thinking Working day: Station assignments in the room Mittelhessen and Stuttgart are possible Enthusiasm: preference for sustainable products of building energy technology, pleasure in developing IT tools or training and marketing measures, interest in technology and entrepreneurship Languages: very good German and English
