Professional and disciplinary responsibility as well as independent resource planning in the area of responsibility Teamleiter Building Technology Planning, design and monitoring of the technical installations including technical analyses and evaluation of the technical plant concepts, including external design participants, with economic, safety and energy aspects as well as the creation of performance directories for the award according to VOB Technical support for laboratory equipment in relation to energy supply, air conditioning and other technical supplies Individually responsible control, coordination and monitoring of construction, modernisation and maintenance activities with a focus on technical building equipment (TGA) acceptance of external measures in the areas of TGA and construction measures Advising the management of the Institute for technical and safety requirements in the areas mentioned Development and implementation of energy management strategies

Master's degree programme (FH) of the Department of Supply Technology, Civil Engineering or a comparable field Professional experience in the planning, implementation and supervision of complex TGA facilities including knowledge in building, planning, procurement and contract law Experience in all performance phases of HOAI Ready-to-use and flexibility (strengthening) Safe handling of MS Office and AutoCAD Good knowledge of English
