Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

You analyze target/actual deviations in the number and cost of personnel and guide recommendations for management and management You opt for personnel costs and capacity planning, forecasts and scenarios You work at the Finance, HR and Management department in Controlling, where you are the central contact person for HR reporting as well as Sparring partners for our management and financial accounting You accompany the annual remuneration process and analyze the performance of the remuneration You develop our BI tool professionally – from KPI definitions and data model to dashboards and quality assurance You are responsible for data quality and data protection, automates evaluations and processes ad hoc management issues

You have completed studies in the fields of economics, business, statistics, mathematics or a comparable subject, as well as relevant professional experience in HR controlling or controlling You have experience of personnel costs, RTD, personnel needs, remuneration, turnover and other HR key figures with You have experience with the development or professional support of management reports and dashboards with a BI tool and understand KPI logics and data models You have very good Excel skills and experience with HR software, ideally SAGE You are analytic, structured, independent and accurate You take into account data protection and confidentiality and work as a high level of communication with departments and management
