The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. It is possible to take over persons who have been beamed to life (identical or next low grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). Since 1 September 2020, BImA has been fully responsible for the management and development of its well-established 38,000 apartments. It is managed by strategically significant scattered property as well as large residential areas in fortified urban areas. The division – with housing care – takes care of local and affordable housing for the federal staff, in particular in tense housing markets in high-economy regions and large cities. In addition to the current focus on modernisation and refurbishment, the Housing division stands for sustainable quarter development and thus also has a strong focus on the topics of demographic change, digitization and climate change. The division is organizationally divided into four regional areas, eight customer centers and 28 service teams. Our service team at the Bielefeld site manages a stock of around 1,800 units.

Compilation of documents for contracts for management and contract controlling Acquisition of tenders and results (free-hand award) and preparation of formal tenders and procurements, including preparation of procurement Creating lists of services for management contracts (e.g. contracts green area management, winter service) and waste management (disposal and disposal contracts) Implementation of the operating cost accounting in coordination with external service providers and contact person for tenants Compilation of the data relevant for the foreign settlement for transmission to the settlement company Capture, check and report the meter readings for electricity, gas, water etc. Person responsible for supply and disposal companies and other service providers in the context of management Compilation and allocation of the costs of your own service staff Consumption of fault and deficiencies reports in coordination with construction management Preparing insurance case processing, system-side document generation Support in the monitoring and documentation of operator and transport obligations in housing Operating costs related to the acquisition of apartments in the stock, e.g. as a result of takeovers from third-party stocks or new residential apartments in accordance with contract management master data management and accounting processing using SAP
