Head of Assembly - Valves / Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your assembly team and are responsible for its strategic development. You are responsible for the planning, control and monitoring of the entire process chain for pre- and final assembly of our valves and drives. You ensure compliance with our high quality standards by coordinating and releasing the final functional and tightness tests. You actively drive the continuous optimization of the work processes, analyze relevant key figures and also use our ERP system.

You bring a completed training as a master:in or technician:in and relevant professional experience in a technical environment. You convince by their sound technical understanding, especially in manufacturing and assembly technology. As a leader, you motivate your team with clear communication and a hands-on mentality – first leadership experience is an advantage. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with an ERP system. Your very good knowledge of German allows you to communicate smoothly in the team and with other departments.
