Create, edit and maintain traffic messages for different output channels based on independent searches (telephone, Internet, e-mail) Support the community management of various social media channels Research and edit simple picture material Support in creating reporting Wirke in creating content for digital channels with Answer requests from customer service

Current university studies - ideally in the field of communication or media sciences, journalism, marketing or a comparable degree programme High affinity for digital media as well as Internet and content management systems Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Ideally, first experiences in an editorial environment (e.g. through internships or student:internal activities) and interest in public transport Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as secure spelling and expressability Own and careful functioning as well as a high degree of commitment and resilience Teamability and high customer and service orientation Reliability, time flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
