Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) / Sales Department with focus on ice cream in full time (39.0 hours/ week)

You're struggling with the relationships with our regular customers in the ice goods sector and building new customer relationships through your commitment. With your service-oriented and communicative skills, you advise and treat our customers and combine your expertise with your enthusiasm for our ice products. You receive orders for ice cream products by phone, e-mail, webshop and Whatsapp and process them quickly, competently and reliably so that our customers are always satisfied. To achieve common goals in the field of ice-cream distribution, you work closely with your colleagues (m/w/d) from other areas of expertise, especially in the field of logistics and sales. You are also responsible for the customer facilities and ice-cream organization.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of gastronomy, hotel industry, butchery or a commercial training and bring basic knowledge in the field of food. Or you have a completed commercial training. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the industry and made yourself familiar with ice cream. Your talent in active sales and your experience in consulting are particularly popular when it comes to selling ice products successfully and inspire customers. With Windows applications you can easily create documents and efficiently organize orders. You are happy to work in the team and have the pleasure of inspiring customers with high-quality ice products and fulfilling their wishes.
