Coordination and control of overall planning including all specialist planning in infrastructure and engineering projects with internal and external specialist planners Interface management between internal specialist departments, clients and other project participants Monitoring of dates, costs and planning quality during all project phases Examination, coordination and approval of planning documents Ensuring compliance with technical regulations, standards and legal requirements Organisation and moderation of planning meetings and documentation of results Identification and assessment of planning risks and development of appropriate solutions Monitoring of approval and voting procedures with public authorities and bodies Support for project and construction management in technical issues Participation in tenders, awards and follow-up management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, geoengineering, transport engineering or comparable qualification, as an alternative completed training as a designer:in Professional experience in planning or coordinating infrastructure and transport path projects Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations in road and road transport (e.g. VOB) Understanding planning processes and project processes across all phases Safe handling of current planning and project management tools Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and ability to coordinate different project participants Teamability, organisational skills and high own initiative Good knowledge of German in word and writing
