Production employee in electronics production (m/f/d)

We are looking for our long-term customer, a company in the electronics industry to develop an electronics company (m/w/d) or with comparable professional experience in the electronics industry that wants to become the production manager/in/production manager (m/w/d) in electronics manufacturing.

Tasks:

• Production planning and control, analysis and optimization of work processes
• Job design and means of production
• Production equipment and materials
• Construction and design of production aids
• Material testing and quality improvement of products in cooperation with development and distribution
• Continuous control of production quality, operational responsibility, as well as the monitoring and maintenance of cutting and crimping machines, crimping machines and resistance welding equipment for smooth and cost-optimistic production
• further development and leadership of our employees in the entire production area
• Support for the purchase of materials

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical training with a further education to the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) with fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar professional images
• Multiannual professional experience with leadership responsibility, ideally in a comparable position in an industrial company, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or in similar professions
• Embossed “Hands on” mentality: Control of the workflow of a lively department with dynamic requirements
• Quick recognition of problems and suggestions for an immediate solution
• Ability to clear, adapted communication across all levels of qualifications
• Knowledge and skills in the field of sensor manufacturing are advantageous
• High commitment with strong communication, moderation and conflictability
• Secure handling of the MS Office package / Office 365
• Ideally knowledge ERP systems

• Interest in IT tools for further digitization and automation of production
